Sleep in the first 6 months: Live Workshop
NOW OPEN FOR REGISTRATION
For parents of babies 0–6months, in this in-person workshop Nicole will help you understand what’s actually normal when it comes to infant sleep, how to recognise when something needs support, and how to responsively improve sleep in a way that works for your whole family - without sleep training.
Sessions are shaped by the babies and questions in the group - this is guidance, not a rigid curriculum.
This isn’t just another talk where you sit and listen.
You’ll be guided through practical, reflective exercises that help you make sense of your baby, your rhythms, and what will realistically work in your home.
This 2-hour in person workshop
Will cover
Understanding normal baby sleep (and what’s often misunderstood)
Identifying red flags vs what’s developmentally typical
Setting up routine, establishing sleep associations and working with your baby's needs
Practical, realistic ways to improve sleep while staying responsive
You will also receive a comprehensive workbook at session!
AND 2 PDF resources sent to your inbox AS SOON AS you book your seat!
